A little about us:
Siobhan Gilbert (Playwright) is a New York-based playwright and screenwriter. Her work has been featured at Primary Stages' Detention Series, Columbia University, NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, the Old Globe Theater in San Diego's PlayGround series, the Last Frontier Theater Conference in Valdez, Alaska, and the Davenport Theater. She has been commissioned by MKA in Montclair, NJ to write a children's play for their upcoming season. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild. She holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Columbia University, and is an MFA candidate in Playwriting and Screenwriting at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she is the recipient of the Department of Dramatic Writing fellowship.
Greg Taubman (Director) is a New York-based director and dramaturg with a lifelong passion for enduring stories. He is the Associate Artistic Director for Outside the Wire, a social impact company that uses theater and other media to address pressing public health issues. As a freelance theater artist, Greg has worked with many local and national arts organizations including The Public Theater, Classic Stage Company, The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Shakespeare Society, and Extant Arts Company, where he served as Artistic Director from 2006-2013. He holds a BA in Classical Studies from Princeton and a Directing MFA from Columbia University.
